The Kings Arms pub in Irvine is also home to The Gables restaurant and the popular nighttime venu, Viva nightclub. Viva first opened its doors five years ago but has recently undergone an extensive makeover. Clubbers have been presented with a brand new revived nightclub with an ultra cool lounge and atmosphere.

The Scott family are the third generation Scotts to manage the Kings Arms, Irvine.
The family say, "Our objective in refurbishing Viva has been to change it from being mainly a nightclub with dancing to one with a relaxing lounge atmosphere.
"This is a unique venue where people can listen to live DJs in the comfort of our new raised seated area."
Viva is also available for private functions and parties from Sunday to Thursday.
